At Beyond Seminary, we realize that seminary teaches pastors to be great shepherds, but it doesn't always prepare them to be great leaders. We come alongside pastors to close that gap with practical leadership coaching that helps them lead even more effective teams and build even healthier churches.

You feel in over your head. You feel stuck. You think, "Seminary did not prepare me for leading a church staff!" Or maybe you just realize you have the potential to grow and you're looking for a way to do that.

I've been in each of those positions, and I know how frustrating it is. You want to be a better leader. You want to succeed. But you just aren't sure how to do it.

You know how to prepare a sermon, but when it comes to leading your pastors, you don't know where to start.

When I find myself in these places, I turn to the wisdom of others. It helps that I love to read, and some of the world's best wisdom tends to find itself in books.

I launched Beyond Seminary because I've come across too many valuable, career changing, "a-ha" inspiring ideas to keep them all to myself. I want to share them with you.
